1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds for our RDP services under the following conditions:

  • The purchased RDP service was not activated or delivered within the promised timeframe.
  • The RDP service was found to be non-functional, despite multiple troubleshooting attempts by our support team.
  • A refund request is submitted within 3 days of the service activation.

Note: Refunds are not provided for issues arising from user-side technical errors or misuse of the RDP service.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following scenarios are ineligible for refunds:

  • Services already delivered and actively in use.
  • Upgraded plans or additional resources added after initial purchase.
  • Non-compliance with our Terms of Service.

3. Requesting a Refund

  • Replacement of the RDP server with an upgraded configuration.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
